Back to School…First day of Grade 3!! What a journey it has been. 2 years ago I wrote this letter to my son and tonight I will be reading this to him again as I always want him to remember these words as he grows.

A letter to my son! 📝

As I walk you through this life, I want you to know that you have been given to me and your dadda as a gift by God to guide you through life. I want you to know that momma and dadda are in no ways perfect and in many ways flawed but we will do our best to love you and to keep you safe. When I fail you and your dad fails you, remember it is not because we don’t love you but because we are human and therefore we will fail. Remember though there is always someone more powerful than momma and dadda that is always watching over you and will never fail you and that is God. You may not understand it now but one day you will understand that you were God’s child and he loved you before you were ours and God will never fail you. He has great plans for you even when you may not understand it sometimes. Remember to have faith and to trust in Gods plan for you and your life. He is always with you and all you need to do to hear him is come into a state of gratitude and love.

As I walk you through life remember that God is carrying you on his shoulders, so you never need to be afraid of following your dreams. You have the spirit of God inside you. You have nothing to fear other than your own doubts and the limits you place on yourself. As I walk you through this life, I hope I can inspire you to live in the greatness you are called out to live.

As you walk through life, I hope you live from a place of love rather than fear.

Today I am 38 🎉💃🏽

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude as I was reflecting on my last year..

💗Gratitude for my son, husband, my mom and my dad who have played a huge part in who I am today and continue to support me on my big dreams of impacting the world even though I am on a journey of still figuring it out. It’s such a blessing to feel supported and I know sometimes it’s not easy to live with me and having to 24/7 listen to lectures on manifestations and transformations ❤️❤️😂

💗 Gratitude for my drama free best friends who I’m super grateful for. It’s a blessing to have easy going close friends and never have to worry of did you do or say something wrong. I’m also grateful for all the friends and extended family who have been part of my life as you all have impacted my growth in many ways.❤️

💗 I am grateful for all my clients who trusted me with their heart, their mind and their spirit. The journey of healing and transformation is the hardest journey one can take as it requires us to look into the darkest and scariest parts within us and you all courageously prioritized your mental, physical and spiritual health and most of all I’m so grateful you trusted me as your healer and coach. I love each and every one of you. You know who you are !!!! ❤️❤️

💗 I am grateful for the 24/7 divine protection and divine guidance. This reassurance from divine of protection and to fearlessly step forward with my passion and to know I am protected by something even higher than me is such a reassuring feeling. This is why I was fearless when I fell - figuratively and literally the last year of my life. If divine let me fall I knew it was for a higher plan. ( And this applies to you as well..so don’t be afraid to fall). Today I fell!

Yup in my running shoes.. I fell as I was walking from the parking meter to the car. It all happened so suddenly.. I noticed my phone flying off my hand and landing on the ground and also noticed myself landing on the ground.

The old me would have felt so embarrassed and would want to quickly get up. Somehow I used to think falling is embarrassing and I should not fall. Would you be embarrassed to fall in public or have you fallen in public? Let me know in the comments.

In the past I would have missed out on what that moment was there to teach me. This time when I fell, I took a moment to notice how my body felt, noticed my ankle was slightly twisted .. noticed my palms were burning slightly… I noticed I wasn’t afraid of being injured as now I know my body can heal and I can heal no matter the damage.

I also noticed a group of young adults stopped by concerned asking if I was alright, I told them I was alright but they waited as I was still sitting on the ground. I noticed my dad concerned rushing to lift me off the ground. I noticed concerned loved ones and concerned strangers and in that moment I realized… we are all love. When someone is hurting we instantly want to help. Our natural instincts are not one to harm unlike what we believe but one to love… hate and fear are programmed behaviours learned through our upbringing and our evolution .. In reality our essence is divine.. divine love 💕

Sometimes it takes for us to fall to pause and look at the world around us and realize who we truly are in our core.

Our second week of “ Leadership & Positive Mindset Camp” is officially full and I had to close the registrations yesterday. To me this was a MIRACLE.

I had 4 more children sign up over the weekend and 2 of them were from the states. How did 4 more children suddenly sign up - It’s a MIRACLE!

Since starting Rewiring Minds I have been on a journey of trusting God, living in joy and faith, trusting all is happening for my higher good and this simple way of being produces MIRACLES that sometimes amazes me and I m always excited to share and teach others how to manifest miracles in their life as well.

We often have been led to believe that life is hard. You have to struggle to get what you need. Things don’t come easily. If things just come to you easily, it’s just luck. What if I told you none of the above is actually true. What if I told you, your life will literally transform, the moment you choose you, choose your healing, choose to live in states of joy, abundance, inner peace and love. What if I told you the moment you choose you, rest falls into place?

It is so important to let go of your old beliefs and heal the past or else you will be self -sabotaging and chasing wealth, health and happiness. I am celebrating!! Week 1 of the Leadership and Positivity Camp for teens is officially done!

I work mainly with women but since last year every summer I run a program for teens to help them with their thought management and emotional management and for them to step into their leadership knowing their true worth and value. Everytime I run this group, my heart is full. These are skills I wished I was taught as a teenager and even today these skills are hardly taught in schools so I decided I was going to create a program to do just that.

Yesterday was the last day for my first cohort of girls this year and here is what some of the teens shared with me today about what they their week and what they learned this week:

“ I had a fun week”.

“ I learned methods to calm down and get away from my thoughts.”

“I have started my journey of overcoming my fears and continuing on my journey of loving myself. I’ll be remembering that there is a light in the dark. All I have to do is look for it.”

“I learned that if my brain is focusing on one thing I will only see that thing. Only looking for negative things I will only see negative things, like we did in the colour exercise”.

You know what I have learned in my journey is that loving yourself fully requires you to love every inch of you fully!

Is there a part of you that you have wished was different? Today I want to invite you to touch that part of your body and thank it and imagine yourself radiating love towards that part of you that you have been rejecting for so long.

The reason you are so afraid of being rejected by others is because there are parts of you that you are still rejecting. Let that sink in 💗#rewiringminds

Growing up I used to hate my hair. Yup no joke I hated my hair. It reminded me of course fibres on a coconut shell.. my mom had such a hard time taming my mane that she kept it short .. it was so short that when I wore pants people thought I was a boy. I even had a nickname that my classmates gave me- “mushroom head”.
In second grade I even had a teacher say to me that she couldn’t take me for the school play because my hair was too short and I really wanted to be in the play.

Part of my inner growth and transformation was accepting every inch of me fully and loving all of me just the way I was and that included loving parts of my body that I used to dislike. The more I went deeper on this inner journey, the more I realized how blessed I was to have the hair I had. The more I started loving my hair, the more I got to have fun with it.

I recently saw a dove hair campaign where they wanted to represent real women and their hair and I thought why not… why not apply to model my hair. Then one of my fears - the fear of rejection crawled in saying what if you get rejected? But this time I was ready, I had healed that wounded inner child who had been rejected for that school play. From that place of healing, I had the power. I thanked my fearful side for trying to protect me and because I had done the work, the fear didn’t linger for long. You see the moment I stopped rejecting myself, other people’s rejection of me stopped affecting me the way it used to once upon a time.

We all have super powers. You do too!!!

Many of us grew up comparing our weaknesses to other people’s strengths in a society that did not understand our strengths. You started to believe you don’t matter. You are not enough. You are unworthy and the list goes on….

I remember growing up in India and Dubai and both school systems and the Sunday school I went to looked at my ability to regurgitate word by word what I read in a text book and in the bible. This was what was used to assess how smart I was. I understood the bible verse, I understood what I read but regurgitating word to word wasn’t my forte. I grew up in India and Dubai thinking I was not a smart kid. Little did I know regurgitation was not my skill and I would be soon living in a world where I can just use google to do that for me;)

Fast forward many years and here I was in Canada doing my Bachelors in Science at University of Toronto, one of the top universities in Canada. Here I did courses that did not require me to regurgitate information but actually use my frontal cortex with planning, decision making, analysing, creating and finding solutions… I was in my zone and I graduated from one of the top university with a high destination.

I’m not saying this to brag but to point to you that in the end of day your marks, what your teachers said, what your parents said none of that define you. If you are holding yourself back from following your dreams because you think, you are not smart enough, talented enough, beautiful enough whatever your story is, it’s time to realize you are gifted in your own unique way and it is time to break free from the stories that others have told you why you shouldn’t do something or the story that you are saying to yourself now.

Maybe you already know what your gifts are and maybe you are still discovering as you were never given a chance to discover your gifts…Ask yourself what is holding me back now from following my heart?

You are Enough. God/ universe whatever term resonates for you, created you for a divine purpose and you have been gifted to do what you are born to do in this world! You are special. You matter. Your voice matters. You are enough!!!

Here are just a few statements your inner child needs to hear. Often times when you are triggered there is an inner child that is wounded and hurting. It has been stuck there for ages. Phase 1 of my sessions with my clients is to give them a true breakthrough from their childhood programming that is often the underlying cause of their overwhelm, anxiety, depression and even their physical health decline. Often this phase 1 is the breakthrough that they have been searching for all their life with healers, coaches and therapists. They all are amazing and have their place but often the childhood event/trauma that led to the belief being formed is not addressed in a powerful manner. Nothing in life is permanent.

We are all continuously expanding just like the universe is continuously expanding. Every situation you encounter is an opportunity for expansion. When you resist the expansion, that is when it hurts and you suffer.

Today was the last day of grade 2 and let me tell you it has been a crazy year. Every time schools opened I rejoiced every time we had to go back to home schooling I used to resist. This resistance only caused me to suffer until I realized how I was draining my energy by resisting and wishing things were different.

I realized every time I got uncomfortable to the point of suffering with where I was, I was been given an opportunity to expand. Even though my first instinct is to resist change, the moment I could connect with my higher wisdom and allow myself to expand, I could flow again.

The moment I decided I was going to make lemonade out the lemons I was given …my suffering ceased. I obtained clarity and life starting flowing with ease again.

The journey is continuously choosing to flow rather than to resist the changes 💗❤️

Your past circumstances, other people’s opinions of you, your own past actions - none of these dictate your worth or your value.

You have greatness within you. The divine wants to guide you into your greatness. You are not less than or more than the person next to you. Your difficult circumstances aren’t here to break you down but to build you up. The divine spirit is within you and all around you waiting to connect with you, waiting to guide you.

The moment you realize you don’t have to earn the love of others or that of the divine. …the moment you realize you are loved unconditionally by the divine that you are enough and nothing and no one can change that fact….You have a force higher than you guiding you to transform your breakdowns into your biggest breakthroughs…That moment of realization you start to become FREE.

Why do you fear when life is happening for you? Why do you worry when the divine has your back? Release those fears, release the worries, trust in the higher purpose of it all. The divine spirit is in you and around you. You are protected and you are safe now. You are powerful. You are ENOUGH. Breath it all in and ground yourself to this moment.💗🌟❤️

This is ME after every Abundant Living session I run.

Feeling grateful, abundant and joyful!!!
I am on a high with dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin hormones.

Each Sunday I get to guide myself and other beautiful women to transform weekly stressors and be in states of abundance and create their abundant life.

I noticed we had gyms for our physical health but there was nothing available for our mental and emotional wellness. So I created Abundant Living an online gym for the mind and soul.

A place we can get together to take care of our mental and emotional health. This a place where you can practise your skills of regulating your emotions, comforting your inner child, practise self compassion and self-love, practise forgiveness, practise meditation, practise how to break free from old limiting patterns and behaviours. Practise how to be in states of gratitude, love and joy.

I initially created this weekly program for my clients who have been through inner healing and deep transformation work through the M.I.R.A.C.L.E. and needed a safe space for them to continue growing and practise the powerful tools they learned and be in high vibrational states and be resilient to life’s stressors. A place to continue to walk powerfully and grounded in who they truly are.

However overtime I came to realize not all are ready to go into the dark places of their mind and do deep inner healing work yet and some needed a safe place to start to slowly work on their mental, spiritual and emotional health. And for those folks Abundant Living has become a great option.

“You are Enough”

“I Love You”

“ You are never alone, I am always here for you”

“ You are safe. I will keep you safe. I will protect you.”

These are often the words that our inner child needs to hear.

In my powerful “ Quantum Inner Healing” technique I created, you not only meet the wounded inner child and comfort the child, you get to truly heal the broken heart of this child. You get to free the child from being stuck in moments of time that were painful and traumatic. This process not only frees the inner child but also ultimately FREEs you and HEALS you from all the trauma and the pain. You finally get that closure you were looking for with your past events.

This lack of closure with the traumatic events is why many struggle and even with trying to grow a beautiful garden using tools such as yoga, journaling and mindfulness, you feel stuck sometimes. This was not something I had initially planned on doing this summer but after requests from several parents, I knew I’m meant to run this camp again this summer and impact some of our young girls to step into their leadership.

My intention with this camp is to rewire the minds of our young girls so they can know their true value and worth and increase their emotional intelligence.

In this camp, the young girls will learn,

✅How to transform their negative emotions and thoughts using Mindfulness, Emotional Management Techniques (EFT) & Heartmath Techniques.

✅How to remove the weeds of negative self-talk and plant a beautiful garden of positive affirmations in their mind.

✅How to recognize their own unique gifts and strengths.

✅How to form a strong identity for themselves.

✅How to practice self-compassion and kindness towards themselves and others.

✅How to practice forgiving themselves and grow from their mistakes.

✅How to manage their anxiety around stressful situations.

Exhaustion/ burn out / stressed out whatever the term you choose, you have felt and expressed atleast one of the above statements. So have I.

Often this happens when we have neglected our own self-care. When you have been giving and giving without refueling yourself, your mind and body starts to give you signs, be it in the form of sickness, inability to think clearly, inability to manage emotions and stress.

You are unable to create, you start to slip into old programming of viewing yourself and the world negatively. You feel drained.

Have you encountered people in your life that you know have a beautiful heart but when triggered they suddenly change the way they perceive you? You feel hurt and sad when this happens. Sometimes you really want to engage with them when they are being toxic, you want to show them their faulty thought processing and you want to help but will it work?

Often these adults have had a traumatic childhood experience of not feeling safe and not having healed their scared inner child..they find themselves constantly searching for that safety, not realizing they are replaying their childhood emotional patterns. Their need for this “safety” makes them want to portray others in a negative light when triggered so they can easily slip back into their old patterns of having to “protect” themselves …as that is what their inner child needed and still needs. When tired or triggered they often slip into fight/flight/freeze mode.

So yes you trying to explain to them the reality of the situation may work BUT ONLY when their nervous system is no longer in fight/flight or freeze mode. So until then it is best to not engage with the toxic behaviours and instead use it as an opportunity to transform your hurt, build resiliency and practise compassion.

Remember you can show compassion without having to bend your own boundaries. Compassion can be practised from a distance. Compassion is the practise that truly frees you. It frees you from being emotionally chained to the other person. It allows you to forgive such individuals as they are teaching you to evolve and how not to take on their emotions and energy. They are teaching you to form strong energy boundaries for yourself.

Here is a quick compassion practise: Close your eyes and imagine that person in front of you. Imagine opening your heart and sending divine love and light their way. You may even bless them with the words “ May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you abide in peace.” ❤️
